IL PSM Student Spotlight: Mengna Tang

Today’s spotlight is Mengna Tang of our Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) program.

Mengna started her Food Science journey at Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University in her home country of China where she received her Bachelor of Engineering in Food Science and Engineering. This summer, Mengna is working as an Operations Intern for Tasty Catering, a Chicagoland based catering company that was named one of Forbes Top Small Companies in 2016. Mengna is advised by Dr. Nicki Engeseth.
